I spoke to another agent today that sold a property and he did zero advertising. Zero!
realestate.com.au isn’t compulsory. But they are charging monopolistic prices and agents and sellers are pushing back and are finding alternatives or just doing it the smart way, working their data bases harder via email and phone.
