No evidence to show that agents are moving off REA.
The issue is that a slowdown in the housing market, while ensuring listings stay on the platform for longer, will also result in less new listings because of a slowdown in new dwelling construction as well as the reluctance of homeowners to sell below their expectations if they are not under stress. I did that recently myself - the agent I used put our listing up on REA.
