Is anyone else here concerned about the impact proposed ALP negative gearing changes will have on property turnover? Proposed policy allows for 'grandfathering' of all negatively-geared properties prior to policy roll out. I suspect this might cause many property investors to hold onto properties longer thus reducing net-turnover in medium term.
