I have done some research and discovered that agents are dropping realestate.com.au all together because it’s too expensive after the recent price hike.
That was a big surprise to hear.
Other companies like Raine and Horne are leaning heavier on their social marketing engine Amplify to sell the properties.
Won’t be long till $88 is broken and the uptrend ceases to exist I’m guessing.
