Dropping print is a no brainer but will not impact REA. If anything it will only strengthen REA.
You will find most sellers would not be comfortable discovering their property is not listed on REA site. Almost all properties are listed on both sites. For an agent to skip rea site they are doing both themselves and their client a diservice. They pocket a short term profit on the increased advertising spend margin but get less demand and a lower % bonus on the sale price. Makes no sense to leave rea site. These cowboy agents do not see the big picture. Especially in an increasingly competitive market of property price growth stabilisation
