A new low should end wave 5 of [3] before bouncing in wave [4], then we should see a new low for wave [5] and end a large wave C of an expanded flat pattern.

If/when we see a move to 1970 the sentiment should be dire, that's the time to buy when no one wants to buy

This index has basically the same pattern as the $HUI in the US
