On Virginia's ( aka the bitch)show this morning we had a segment on Property price - flat spot, spring season
Interviwed were - Rei Vic (CEO I think) and
- APN Economist
Virginia (& sidekick)asked the prudent 'hard hitting questions, (remember this is one day Steve Keen) and, wait for it, This was their main message- Apart from some flat segments/area's, Sydney doing ok, melb-clearances suffering a little, Still using the EXCESS Supply argument to back up their dribble... and the rest of Aust... as normal doesnt matter...
