Hi ronsterm, yes looking back it was a right disgraceful lot of teachings what they called education on these issues back then ...history has proved it....I got a look at a late 90s H school text book in the same subject and many/most of the same predictions remain to this day, more modern in sophistication for sure in the examples used and the dates have changed forward into around or before 2020-50 at the time or left blank LOL but apart from that the absolutely identical fundamentalist drivel.
A truly great experiment would be to get the CC texts from 2000 0nwards curriculum and keep these for the few years now necessary.
The state sponsored GW end dates contained must be fast approaching....and some passed also.
ALL AGW predictions made before 1990 have already passed or are so very close or been quietly ignored with nothing measurable occurring in real science...so just more of the same.
Gotta love the human condition, CC is psychological and hates people with a momory.
