IFE needs to increase the DSO reserves so that the project looks attractive again.
How ever the project numbers looked last year or the year before that or at some other time..is all meaningless in this financial climate.
Currently, from a finance point of view, the project risks are too high to secure the funding required to transition into a reasonable size producer now. Sure, the company can mine and ship DSO now for cash-flow, but it will not help long term.
Improving reserves today is the way forward.
