Its just traders losing patience, as there has been no 'new' news released for quite a while. Use this as a opportunity to average down from your initial entry of 36c. Its obvious the market is screaming for an announcement from PRR. It will happen in time, just need to make the most of these quiet periods in the share price by averaging down.
