148.8 million shares in escrow for 24 months from listing according to the prospectus, p161.

The other shares under escrow were free after 12 months from date of issue so the last of those were the 13 million issued to converting note holders, released from escrow on 18/12/07. I presume it was a former note holder that dumped their shares this afternoon.
