They call it "Customer fee income" which is yet another term invented by EWC. The whole statement is full of terms I never heard of but that's for other people to decide.

To repeat myself, they say that they need to turn over half a billion dollars to create a 3 million profit. What a ripper! :-))

So, you're not wrong, TG. And your comparison to ANZ has merit.

They call the 17 million "service revenue" of which they apparently made a profit of 3 million. Not sure what happened to the 14 million. Must be expenses to cover for Starr's trips to Switzerland.
