Probable – wahrscheinliche Reserven beruhen auf Schätzungen. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit der Förrderung liegt höher als 50%. Zusätzliche Investitionen, die im mittel- langfristigen Zeitraum (3-10 Jahre) getätigt werden, sind notwendig. Oftmals wird auch der Begriff P50 verwendet.

Possible – mögliche Reserven. Unter günstigen Umständen besteht die Chance, dass diese Reserven enwickelt werden können. Oftmals wird auch der Begriff P10 verwendet."


That means

under advantageous conditions there is a chance to develop

P 90

Proved reserves. Confirmed/proved reserves which are able to be produced within the next years.


P 50

Probable reserves based on appraisals. The probability to produce them is higher than 50 %. Further investitions are necessary within 3 to 10 years.


Ok, 110 mill. barrels to 51 mill. barrels that is more than a pint.

Is this a fingertip that they will overtake this field maybe in sigth of their problems in Lybia?
