jhui i'm fairly surprised too... the company did hint that they needed to do a placement at the AGM but i thought the loan would've negated the need for that.

the bfs cannot be that expensive, can it? $3m loan + $2m (I think) used since work on feasibility began earlier.

no matter, from serendipity's info we should see roughly 34m shares extra... which is only about an increase of 10% on existing shares outstanding. not great but i've seen worse. oh well.
