mgm....you have to prepare for the future......buy buying into REtai.....they are getting a guarentee that they will control a route to market to their end consumers....and they have had to pay the price of this ( high good will)....also this price wasn't high when there share price was over $10 as it was last year....when a lot of these decisions were made....
