Times square in the middle of winter? yeah it's not really surprising that they didn't sell anything in 5-10 minutes..
Retailers have to move the focus away from the rush periods like christmas, EOFY etc etc..
BBG took the path of aquisition funded by debt..usually ends in tears when the sector they expanded into was imploding globally..That was managements biggest mistake..what may save them is the fact that 38% of their sales are now direct to the consumer as opposed to 24% in FY11(annual report)
Are BBG going to go the way of Colorado, Fletcher Jones? I don't think so..Could the share price tank a further 20-40%? quite possibly but if it does I will consider buying more..
Happy to take a position here at $1.80 and watch it all unfold..
