If no announcement, you complain the market is not fully informed. Now the drilling result will be annouced, you blame the template and no significant contents.
As excuses, if you want to blame others, you could find something to blame without matter how hard work others do.
Yes, why couldn't FMS drill for IO as you drill on the wall in your bedroom? Is should not so hard? Bad management? You see all of the facts. How could you trust them?
