ikeymoses, not sure you can directly accuse anyone of anything as the rumours and conjecture have been rife over the past few years with CDU. With so many contractors, staff and now corporate adviser involved it had to pin down who said what and what's fact from fiction. All we know for sure is that Xstrata is very likely to have requested to see the data room. I myself requested to see it but couldn't prove I had the funds to put a deal on the table. I know of someone with $300M personal wealth that didn't get a seat also (or so I'm told).
