At present it seems that things are going nowhere with the T/O. I wonder if the Directors/Board are having any issues with independent experts reports concerning thier recommendation whether the agreement should be taken up by s/holders ????......... as I now note that the indicative timetable for scheme events has not been complied with so far with such things as :

* Lodge Scheme booklet with ASIC late August 2018

* Court date to be set Mid September 2018
