The only flaw I see in that plan is the current lack of coverage and historical data that SFI/EV have in comparison to NEA in Australia. Aggressive pricing is one thing, having a service that provides value and customers that stick around to pay the bills is another.

Agree with @leasx in that EV is going to be busy protecting its own territory from the advance of NEA in the US. It then needs to cover NEA growth into other territories.
