Very disappointed. Just read article in the SMH and it seems that Mike Baird agrees with the NR MPs that the community does not want CSG.
So it now seems that buying out Mels Pels is inevitable. So doesn't this send the wrong message to any business in NSW. Just because people have made some noise does not mean they are right.
ERM Power bought their 58million shares in 2011 and paid over 30cents a share. Tried to average down, Mel still owes me 0.40 a share. Mel is sitting at 0.065 because of all this mess.
Mel has 445million shares on issue and 5000 shareholders. What is the fair and right compensation, especially for all us long suffering shareholders, that are also in limbo? The compo has to be adequate if they want all shareholders to agree. Then we can all move on.
Very, very disappointed, as Mel was heading for a bright future.
