There is no way in the world that Petrosen will sell their share of this project if it is deemed
commercial both from a strategic/political perspective as well as a longer term financial one,
IMO. Struggle to get finance? We are talking about a sovereign government here that regularly
borrows billions I would imagine in government issued bonds & debt instruments. I don't think
they would struggle to raise a Bill or so for their first ever commercial oil project, third world
country or not.
