    Well it IS a high premium for the folks that got those placement shares + options.

    For the 15c placement shares they are getting a total return of 28c very quickly.

    I don't know why they are paying 8c for the options. They should pay nothing. If the optionholders want the money they should exercise the options and sell their shares for 20c like everybody else has to.
