did you hear how this "Politician - acting in the interest of people" suggest to assist Australia people to buy homes ?
They contemplate to give access to Super !
This will provide more fuel for price growth and leave you poor when you retire...
How idiotic and hypocritical it is - can not find other words for it... they only assist investors and construction lobby... !
Simple solution :
1. Slow immigration till you fix affordability in Australia
2. Invest heavily in infrastructure
3. Restrict/ and / or Tax heavily foreign investors
How difficult is it to make this step to make it more liveable for local Australians ?
I am more and more convinced that current bunch of Politicians are not really representing interest of everyday Australian..
Hope US FED follows on their talk and do another 2 increases this year and 3 more next year...
