Well,I don't know how reliable your source is but nothing would surprise me with this company. If they do have an agm,surely there are enough wer shareholders to do some damage,also,who would be silly enough to commit their hard earned to these crooks.How could a company with their track record obtain funds for a share placement,even from institutions.
