Ash. Since they already have a LEED grant of $12.5 M which they have hardly started drawing on, there is really no chance of getting another. The government's purpose with these grants is to stimulate development in low emissions technology and this is being achieved. If CWE was still advancing one of it's other arms of R&D (as it used to) then theoretically it could apply for that. It is good to see that the WA gov't is prepared to support further rounds of LEED funding. It helps to keep renewable energy on the burner. Thanks for notifying us.
