If you look for the 4th to always break out so either sideways to slighter lower prior to a break out north. I have been working on a high for for March and for sometime suggesting the low will hold as per 1907. So far i see no other pattern that has been as accurate as 1907.

Daily indicators suggest a little more sidewasy to lower ( its xmas ) and weekly and monthly suggest UP, yearly probably suggests a retest in 09 of lows is possible but 100% certain.

Oct low ( 90 degrees ) and Nov lows (45 degrees) point to 5/8 January as well LOL
