Wally don't you want to be re-rated for the NPV of the Rayburn asset? like anywhere between $0.50 to $1???
Reserves are like cash in the bank (discounted of course) to any analyst/fund manager/investor who is assessing future income earning/cash-flow potential of STX. We can borrow (conservatively) against this figure and leverage into bigger projects etc etc. CBA debt facility for example!
A significant reserves figure (especially if these latest step outs come up trumps) from Rayburn will rocket STX my friend, put us on the map and bring much interest to the register!!! Can't wait!!
