hopefully that people watched the afr program on channel 9 this morning on the relation of class action by shareholders of companies of taking legal action on directors of non disclosure issues by the boards of public listed companies,and it may sharpen up the boards and maybee another form of scrunity apart from asic,do this board have to think about this issue,of non disclosure and does it stop the underhanded ways that these directors sell the shareholders short,
time for them to wake up that they have their responsibilty in taken up directorshps and they owe their shareholders,and not treat us with content
