I guess you could say Petsec is a buy IMO. At least, I would not be a seller over the next few months. I think there is still future value to be brought into the shareprice as they hit their milestones.
Because of my own situation, I don't think of this one in terms of buying. I'm fully weighted (actually over weighted) in PSA and have been for a long time.
I did buy some more when it dipped to $2.20, so I guess at those levels it was a really compelling buy.
Nice moves on the NYMEX overnight, should see a good day in PSA today!
