As for entry #38, HR6666 is a real thing (look it up) and enables the funding (I forget the amount, maybe $100 BILLION PA) of a 'gestapo' like institution in the U.S. The patent mentioned is also a real thing but I'm not quite convinced it means what a lot of people are saying means though I wouldn't be surprised if it pans out that way. The subdermal vaccine ink 'tatoos' are also a real thing. Let me know if you can't find the details .
