I've been told that the more problems are looming at Rapu Rapu. Laf look like they have some land slip problems that are going to cut access to their project - and it was an avoidable problem!

I've heard too many stories of negligent/non-existent planning for Rapu-Rapu. The current management may be blameless, but they are certainly copping the punshment for the predecesors' sins.
