They way I read it, they have never said they would develop an open cut. All been about UG - see Announcement 26 Nov. So there shouldn't be any need for them to move any villagers.
I doubt very much that these guys will be going to the market to raise any money unless they are sure they have something to mine.
Good announcement re: Mt Wright. has been a winner for them like Golden Pride.
