Yes Crater Mt is also a candidate for supergene enrichment as it is in the tropics, though the high relief may prevent the establishment of a well developed weathering profile and hence reduce any supergene gold enrichment that may occur.
Crater Mt really has the potential to send this stock in to the upper stratosphere. However, even with the encouraging historic drill results from BHP it's not a given. There is no such thing as a sure thing when exploring for gold. I think it is a good bet which is why I have money on GOA, but anyone who says Crater Mt is a lay-down-misere is pulling themselves.
My previous reply was aimed at sonofdavid stating "if the geology holds up they will be deeper and richer as they go down, its rare to get the highest concerntations on top,". In some cases this may be true though, in the majority of cases it is the complete opposite. It's a common occurrence here on HC where someone with no real knowledge of the subject makes an arbitrary statement that because it is favourable to the stock in question is cheered an applauded as a true an valid appraisal. When in fact it is poppycock.
