My concerns centers on the $8m of short term debt. The company's current ratio is at critical levels. Any further project failures/shotfalls etc will no doubt sink it.
Still, in the event of a turnaround, upside from the current share price is highly appealing and therefore I still maintain CCS as an astute speculative buy.
