Loan Extension more good news seems management is doing all the right things here.
However I agree with other posts patience is needed here I would say another 2 years wait for reward.
However in saying this would another property trust just take them over can see that happening especially how cheap this stock is now.
I think fear and uncertainty is factored into this stock now but at very cheap punting buying levels now.
