Looks like the stamp duty holiday for off the plan sales will be great for developers like BECTON.
They have been used to it in VIC, but with the announcement from the NSW budget that it will be also available for 2 years, will help their entry into NSW, especially Waterloo and Bonnyrigg.

Its in the space they operate and only if they get some cash to kick start the project pipeline.
