    I think Exergen would like to keep the MNM share price as low as possible, its obvious to me that Exergen will take over 100% of our BM & LV coal, so the lower the sp the lower the offer will need to be,so what say will the shareholders have if this comes about, unless you are the top 15 shareholders.
    Any ideas please ???
