    Class C and D Performance share redemption. Announced today. (100m in total)

    Original vendors owned shares but couldn't sell as they were subject to certain performance criteria that has not been met. MBI have effectively redeemed these shares for $100 which means that MBI has to cancell the 100m shares.

    Accordingly the share register will now be reduced by 100m shares.

    One way of getting the number of shares down lol!
