The thing that holds us back on this stock, in my opinion, is that the plant seems to be designed for high grade gold extraction.

Yet the ground seems to have low grade gold in abundance, unless they cherry pick out the high grade zones we are lost.

Ok here is what I mean

19,618,500 Tonnes of ore at a grade of 2.02

If this was to go through the plant at 350,000 tonnes per annum..........it would take 19,618/350 = 56 years to process all that ore with the current plant.

"Processing rate of 350ktpa will result in production of 11,000 25,000 ounces of gold depending on material processed".

Now they say "Aim to expand to a +100,000 ounce per annum
    gold producer".

How do you achieve their strategy?

Either they need higher grade gold/tonne or a more efficient plant.

But I hang on because they will soon have a positive cash flow to drill and extract in my opinion.

    Over to you
