more govt noise

this time nothing to do with ACFI or subsidies. Govt is now directly interfering with what Providers can charge residents on a private pay or fee structure. The issue comes down to legality as Private providers should be entitled to charge anything.

I believe the department's recommendation as it stated- not legal advice and is just an opinion.

In conclusion pure noise in what already was a beaten up sector. EHE down 1/2 in 6 trading days and 1/3 of its 52 week high.
