I was just listening to the head honcho at mac in korea talking about the atomic bomb test in North Korea and just as an aside he said "Korea is coming out of recession"
don't know if he was talking about the official dfn ie two quarters of negative growth or just the general malaise
anyway this could be evidence of more "green shoots"
