Closing out hedges will affect NTA.

Australian dollar has a massive effect on NTA.
This is because it values the companies assets in Aus vs US.

Because of this companies go into hedging contracts.

In CER's case they over hedged. So even though the aussie dollar has gone up making our properties worth less in US dollars, The hedging agreements will have a more negative impact.

I'm not sure how these aggreements were put together but It looks very hard for cer to gain any advantage from them.

Our NTA at this moment may probably be well over 40c now with the currency rate the way it is. This does not include the 21c equity in superllc that is given to CNP to keep their books nice.

If your shorting, I'd be very scared. CER can ramp up to mid 20s without any expectation, this has happened multiples times when CER's position was not as good as it is now.
