more help wanted - scheme of arrangement

Can anyone who has studied the scheme find a provision for the Great SANTOS to offer an increase in their offer??

If there is no provision, we have to let the current scheme play out as is and vote it DOWN if we want an increased offer.

Vote "Against" and then re-negotiate a new scheme...

Does anyone have any past experience or commentary on this??


I need to get back to someone important on this issue...
