More High Profile Gaming Venues Commit to Card Based Gaming

eBet Limited (ASX/NZSE: EBT) ("eBet") today confirmed that several
more NSW gaming venues have committed to the installation and
operation of its card-based ("cashless") gaming system known as EPS
(electronic payment system). The Company said that Wests Leagues
Illawarra, Seagulls Leagues, North Sydney Bowling Club and Western
Suburbs Leagues Club Campbelltown were the latest high-profile venues
to commit to EPS.



Wests Illawarra general manager, Hans Sarlemyn, said that the Club
had been considering a move towards card-based cashless for some
time. "Like most Clubs we've had a close eye on eBet's development of
card-based cashless and we've been very impressed with what we've
seen", said Mr Sarlemyn.



Mr Sarlemyn said that the improved customer service offered by EPS
and playeracceptance of venues that have installed EPS, were central
to the Club's decision to install the system. He added that the Club
was also influenced by the security and operational efficiencies
offered by eBet's systems.



Tony Mathew, general manager of Wests Campbelltown agreed. "The
timing is right for us to evolve to card-based gaming", said Mr
Mathew. He added, "The convenience for players and the efficiencies
offered make eBet's system a logical step for the Club to gainan
edge over our competition and better serve our members".



eBet said that it had already commenced work on installation at the
two venues, with a rollout to full card-based operation to be staged
over coming months. The Company also confirmed that North Sydney
Leagues Club, one of the first Clubs in NSW to install EPS, had
committed to the rollout of the system at two other venues operated
by it, Seagulls Leagues Club and North Sydney Bowling Club.



Jim Henry, North SydneyLeagues CEO and president of the Club
Managers' Association of Australia, said that with early technical
problems now behind the system, the Club was starting to see the full
potential of EPS.



"Player acceptance of EPS is proving to be very high", said Mr
Henry. He added that the system was also improving security at the
venue through reducing the amount of cash used in the Club's
operations.



Mr Henry said that the Club was in the process of extending the use
of EPS to allow members to use their "account" cards for purchases
across the Club's bars, bottle shop and dining facilities.



"The results we're seeing at Norths, in particular the high level of
player acceptance, have lead us to commit to the installation of EPS
at both Seagulls and Norths Bowing Club", said Mr Henry.



The Company said that it was yet to confirm the timing of these
installations with Norths but that it had already scheduled staff
training with a number of other NSW gaming venues that have installed
EPS that will be commencing full card-based cashless operation over
coming months. It said that these include St George Rowers Club,
Gladesville Bowling Club, The Crest Hotel, Crystal Palace Hotel,
Triple Ace Bar and Market City Hotel.
