you have enough resources because of one thing ---------- government protections and a lucky life so far

it's a concept and situational awareness that escapes many Ozzies and you see it in stories time after time after time from people who never questioned their resilience and security until something went wrong

you think you are bulletproof -------------- well, all I can say is lotsa luck with that

one day, if you come out of ignorance cave before you die - you will learn that we are all totally dependant on others

not one person on this planet can paddle safely in their own canoe unless they are back right to cave dwelling basics

your world with all of your 'resources' is/are totally dependent on a set of conditions - one of which is peace

you are seemingly oblivious to the lessons from something not even far back in history - WW2

where there are hundreds of thousands of images of wealthy people ------ stripped of all possessions, contained and constrained in their own country, then herded into transport and sent 'somewhere'

you seem oblivious to the stories of homeless Australians from all kinds of natural disasters

you seem oblivious to the treats and reality of financial collapses, financial scams, and a stunning amount of losses and victimhood of Aussie property buyers and owners

dud builders, dud building quality - etc etc

but, you 'think' that you are safe and secure from all of that - because, you are smart and have resources

well, sorry ------------ you live in delusion. Meeting some who thought similar and got wacked with life - will probably not penetrate your fearful mental protections --

but, sorry about this --------- it happens, and even more sorry - it doesn't always happen to 'someone else'

You really are a flog with no idea. I was born with
a plastic spoon in my mouth and overcame more
challenges than you will ever know of.
I am in the position that I am in because of
resilience, stubbornness, hard work and the
ability to make good financial decisions. I have a
network of close people that wouldn’t piss on the
likes of you.
