The Finnish government is investing in the ‘Housing First’ policy to continue to end homelessness in the country. This is the policy of giving unconditional accommodation to a homeless person up-front. The person can then access other forms of support as well. This is different from expecting a homeless person to ‘qualify’ for housing. This policy guarantees a home for the homeless and gives them a stable base for dealing with other problems.
Finland implemented ‘Housing First’ and achieved immense success. Ever since 2008, the number of homeless in the Scandinavian country has decreased by almost 30%. The Finnish constitution also grants everyone the right to adequate housing.

yes it is - and what sort of intellectual Einstein thought that idea could extend as far as social and welfare housing - and aged care??

these people - if they actually really believed that - take stupidity to levels that one would not have thought possible.

Personally, I think that their profit glasses clouded out any form of reality and logic at all
