First of all, I had been a shareholder of NXS - because I was unhappy with mgmt's performance I sold out at a loss. I still have sentimental attachment to NXS !
IN regards to Santos/NXS Agreement - just like all other legal binding agreements, the lawyers will protect either party with the "Compensation Clauses" in it
