more hostages - thank you phillipines

I still cant get over how pathetic, weak-kneed, short-sighted and manifestly stupid the Phillipines were to give in to these vermin.

From as long ago as I can recall, the adage "You dont negotiate wih terrorists" has been the mantra - seen to be the only way to minimise their power, their control and their actions

We will now reap the rewards..........

And I know the usual suspects here on H/C will lay it all at the feet of the Coalition for being there.

Fact is, there has been terrorism for a very long time and the non-negotiation issue predates the Iraq War.

To me, there is NO DOUBT - irrespective of the context - their actions have done irreprable harm
