So far I have kept myself out of this discussion concerning the merger, however to blame the fall in shte shareprice on the merger whilst it is clear that the POG and the POS have fallen over the same period of time is unfair to the management of BSG. I believe that it is prudent at present to keep once head cool. Furthermore investors should look at the long term outlook for PM and not be shortsighted by short term events.
If investors do not like the merger then they can vote against it. As the Directors stated at the last AGM they no longer hold a majority interest. I hold at present .065% and at present have not made up my mind either way, however to state that the directors have soldout the company and its shareholder is unfair, because they have more to loose than most investors who post on this site, because if CDA does not perform they will carry the greater burden.
